Say "Thank You" to Your Job References

During your job search, you should keep your references informed and periodically update them on your progress as you search for employment.  It is also very important that you send thank you notes to all of your references after you land a job. Thank them for their assistance and tell them where you are now working and how much you appreciate their help.
